Bilingual requirement · Trust-building priority · Legal compliance
The Challenge
A Miami-based tax specialist needed a website that would establish trust with Spanish-speaking clients navigating the intimidating US tax system.
The site had to feel professional yet approachable, work seamlessly in both languages, and accommodate different needs for new clients requiring full intake versus returning clients with quick document uploads.
Process Overview
Understand
Researched pain points for immigrant clients: language barriers, fear of complex tax forms, and preference for personal communication over impersonal forms.
Decide
Prioritized WhatsApp as primary CTA (matching user preferences), prominent bilingual toggle, and separate flows for new vs. returning clients.
Design
Created clean, modern design with trust indicators above fold, clear 4-step process visualization, and professional yet warm visual language.
Deliver
Launched fully responsive bilingual website with WhatsApp integration, dual client flows, and credential display. Currently live and serving clients.
Design Decisions
- →Bilingual toggle in header: Positioned prominently so users find it immediately. Critical for an audience that may not be comfortable in English.
- →WhatsApp as primary CTA: Chosen over traditional forms because the target audience prefers direct, personal communication, especially for sensitive financial matters.
- →Dual client flows: Separate paths for new vs. returning clients reduce friction and respect different user needs (full intake vs. quick document upload).
- →Trust indicators above the fold: Credentials like '20+ years experience' and 'US certified' are shown immediately to build confidence before users scroll.
Visual Design
A responsive, bilingual interface system prioritizing clarity, trust, and user confidence.

Outcome
- —Website launched and currently live serving US clients
- —Full English/Spanish bilingual experience with native-quality translations
- —WhatsApp integration matches client communication preferences
- —Dual client flows reduce friction for both new and returning users
The client has reported increased trust from Spanish-speaking clients who feel more comfortable reaching out through the personalized, bilingual experience.
